Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Friday, where he will unveil development projects worth an estimated ₹3,880 crore and address a public meeting.
Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday directed the administration to identify all government-owned land parcels within their jurisdictions for setting up development projects in Jammu and Kashmir.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for several development projects worth Rs 146 crore in Ahmedabad.
The meeting was attended by Industry and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh, Sohna MLA Tejpal Tanwar, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi (via video conference), and Principal Adviser DS Dhesi.
On the occasion, the chief minister inaugurated and laid the foundation for 246 development projects across various sectors and distributed assets to beneficiaries under government welfare schemes.

He laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art Multipurpose Sports Complex at Kharidi in Nadaun, being developed with an outlay of Rs 65 crore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said despite challenges like Corona, record jobs were created in the country in the past four years or so, and the RBI report on creation of eight crore jobs in the last three to four years has shut the voice of people spreading false narratives on job creation.
It will have facilities including the Hospital Complex with 720 beds, Medical College with 100 seats, Nursing College with 60 seats, AYUSH Block with 30 beds, residential accommodation for faculty and staff, hostel accommodation for UG and PG students, Night Shelter, Guest House, Auditorium etc.
