Delimitation process a smoke screen: Farooq Abdullah

National Conference President and Member of Parliament Dr. Farooq Abdullah on Saturday reiterated the Party's stand on delimitation report, saying no amount of gerrymandering can change the ground situation in J&K, Ladakh.
