The Delhi government has released about Rs 100 crore for colleges of Delhi University in the second quarter that are funded by the state government, an official statement said.
The memorandum included a demand for the implementation of a centralised hostel allocation form, which will bring transparency to the hostel allocation process.
The Indian National Teachers’ Congress (INTEC) organised a Town Hall Meet at Delhi University.
Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate in relation to the excise policy case.
'We are also concerned by the fact that neither the Delhi University's counsel or the Central government standing counsel are in a position to inform as to the number of students who have opted for a scribe to give the OBE,' it said.
The court said that there is a delay in sending of data and degree certificates for several years and the same have not been given to the students by Delhi University.
'Chart out a course and be clear on where you want to go,' the court said.
Responding to the submissions, the bench said, "There was no binding on you to postpone these exams in these new guidelines."
The order came on a plea moved by the National Federation of the Blind challenging DU’s decision to hold open book examinations on the ground that it violated rights of students with visual impairments and other disabilities.
