Adjourning the matter for four weeks, the apex court asked senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Khalid, to file documents in the case.

The bench, during the hearing, observed that they cannot be impleaded if there is opposition.
The order which was to be originally pronounced on March 14 had been listed for March 21.
"WhatsApp chats, bogus invoices and other incriminating documents have been recovered," as per the ED.
The SIC headed by Special CP, Central Zone, will have three other top cops as members, including Joint CP, Eastern Range, DCP, North East, and Additional DCP, North East-1.
The court's judgement came on a writ petition filed by Facebook's Vice President Ajit Mohan, challenging the validity of the summonses by the Delhi Assembly's panel in connection with the Delhi riots.
