Rai, however, admitted that rain and wind dispersed the pollution to a significant extent, as now it was down to 225 from 450.
The apex court saddled the local SHOs of police stations with the responsibility of enforcing the ban on stubble burning.
Following the implementation of GRAP Stage IV, all the construction and demolition activities, including public projects highways, roads, and pipeline work, have been banned in the national capital.
