The Delhi Police have arrested two individuals for allegedly robbing a vegetable vendor in Khyala, West Delhi, officials said on Monday.

Deepak Sharma, with seven cases of snatching and violation of Arms Act registered against him, was on the run after absconding from a court.
The arrests led to the seizure of a sophisticated pistol, two country-made pistols, and five bullets. One of the arrested gangsters was involved in making extortion calls to a politician, the police said.

As per the police, the man is admitted to a local hospital and is out of danger and the accused woman has been arrested.
"I was sleeping in my room. Nobody came to my place," said Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh while leaving his residence on Friday.
Accused Sampat Nehra was produced on Production warrants from Punjab. He was in judicial custody in FIR No. 309/22, U/s 25 Arms Act, Police Station City Kharar, Punjab.
