Imran Hussain directed officials to ensure expeditious lifting of food grains from FCI godowns and transporting them to the respective fair price shops every month smoothly and uninterruptedly.
The Minister gave important instructions to various government agencies to ensure smooth and peaceful celebration of the holy event.
The Minister also directed the DMs to hold a review meeting twice a month to check the pendency of all such certificates.

The court also imposed various conditions including neither talking with the media nor leaving Delhi without permission.
Justice Yashwant Varma granted relief to Jain noting the Supreme Court ruling that the application of the law cannot be retrospective. The court said that in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling, proceedings against Jain and other petitioners should also be quashed.
Jain asserted that there was "a power crisis in the country". The Centre can start working on finding a solution to it only when it accepts the reality.
