Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi on Tuesday discussed issues related to all Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVP) points in the national capital, in a bid to eradicate them permanently.
During the Mayor's inspection drive, she received numerous complaints from residents and vendors regarding the unsatisfactory sanitation and cleanliness between the Red Fort and Fatehpuri Masjid Road.
He assured that BJP Ward Chairmans will do all they can to start small ward level development projects at earliest.

During the inspection, Oberoi came across an academy operating inside the basement. As the management failed to show any documents for running the coaching centre MCD officials sealed the academy at her order.
The MCD team reached to seal illegal basements of several coaching centers that were illegally operating activities in basements on the orders of the Mayor.
