The Delhi High Court has ordered the Bureau of Immigration to cancel a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against BharatPe’s former Managing Director Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover.
The ruling followed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed in the Delhi High Court, which challenged the government’s decision to prohibit celebrations on the Yamuna’s banks.

Student activist Umar Khalid was released from Tihar Jail on Friday after he was granted seven-day interim bail by the court to attend his sister's marriage, said a prison official.
