Delhi Education Minister Atishi said the programme is expected to attract around 2,45,000 students, who will have the opportunity to turn their innovative ideas into startups.
He stated that the Delhi government is deliberately delaying the release of funds to the corporation so that the employees face problems in getting their salaries.
The provision will ensure convenience to commuters by encouraging them to settle traffic fines and reduce the workload on courts and the Transport Department.
Notably, the campaign is being rolled out across all assembly constituencies to highlight the importance of environmental protection alongside development, an official statement said.
