The total number of injured persons reported in the incident so far is around 29, out of which 18 were taken to AIIMS trauma centre.
Earlier, another fire incident was reported at a tent godown in Southwest Delhi's Jaunapur area around 5.20 PM, informed the fire officials.
A huge fire broke out in Old Delhi's Bhagirath Palace market and 40 fire tenders are at the site to control the blaze. A major part of the building has been damaged, Atul Garg, Delhi Fire Service Director said.

"The teams of Delhi Police, CISF and CRPF thoroughly checked the place, but nothing suspicious was found," said the official.
The move comes a day after environment minister Gopal Rai directed the fire brigade of the fire department to start sprinkling water at specified spots. A fire tender with a crew of four firefighters has been deployed at each spot to sprinkle water to curb the pollution, the fire officials said.
Most of the injured were those who tried to jump off from the building to save themselves.
Several persons are still feared trapped under the debris while rescue teams are working at the spot, the police said.
