Fairs, melas, food stalls, jhoolas, rallies and processions will not be permitted during festivals in Delhi.
The DDMA has asked organizers to cap gatherings at venues to the total of seats. Also, no eateries or fairs can be held as part of the festivals. Besides 100 per cent mask compliance, the DDMA has made it mandatory for separate entry and exit points.
The quarantine order applies to all those coming from the two specific states via all modes of transport including airlines, trains and roadways.
The exemption is given to the aforementioned categories working with the institutions which come under the periphery of the Delhi government.
