Reiterating his stance on the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Amit Shah while speaking at the Times Now Summit challenged anyone who holds views against the Act to have a debate with him.
The party bagged 62 of the total 70 seats, restricting the principal challenger BJP again to a single-digit figure of mere 8 seats in a bitterly-fought, fiercely-contested electoral battle that took place in the national capital in the midst of continuing protests against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC).
Reacting on Kejriwal's remark, BJP leader and candidate from Delhi's Model Town constituency, Kapil Mishra said, "AAP is insulting the people of Delhi by questioning EVMs."
In a video, Congress leader Alka Lamba was reportedly seen slapping an AAP worker who was allegedly shouting at Lamba.
For the Assembly election, the AAP has replaced Adarsh Shastri, the grandson of Lal Bahadur Shastri with Vinay Kumar Mishra.
Apart from door to door campaigns, Nadda will also address rallies in Sangam Vihar and Ambedkar Nagar and Shah will address public meetings in Burari, Tilak Nagar and Rajouri Garden.
Both the leaders will also remain out from the list of BJP star campaigners for the upcoming Delhi polls, the EC said.
Bagga who is a BJP candidate from Hari Nagar constituency said as the results for the Delhi Assembly election will be out on February 11, a surgical strike will be launched at the Shaheen Bagh area.
As per the reports, the minister has been given time till 12 am on January 30th to reply to the EC giving explanations for the act.
