Six people got injured following a fire due to an alleged gas cylinder blast at a savory manufacturing unit in South West Delhi's Nangli Industrial area, Najafgarh, police said on Saturday.
A LPG cylinder blast in the Krishan Vihar area of North Delhi resulted in the death of a woman and left another severely injured. According to the Delhi Fire Services (DFS), the incident took place around 3: 30 pm today.
A major tragedy was averted on Wednesday after a cafe in South Kolkata was reportedly severely damaged by a gas cylinder blast.

According to the Fire Department, it is suspected to be an AC compressor or cylinder blast. All the injured were taken to the Holy Family hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
Five houses were damaged due to the blast and four fire tenders were pressed into action which were able to successfully douse the fire.
A local man, Asish Saha, said he was with his friends near the spot when they heard a loud bang in the evening.
