CPI Kerala secretary Binoy Viswam on Saturday said that M R Ajith Kumar is no longer eligible to continue as ADGP, Law and Order, and he should be removed from the position.
Jayarajan said Kerala is a state where terrorists cannot extend their activities as the state government is vigilant.
The forming of a new state committee is being viewed as an effort to restrengthen the party as the present election trend in the civic polls have indicated that it is still in a position to make a better comeback in upcoming elections and replace the BJP as prime Opposition in the state.

The CPM Politburo today issued a statement condemning the Russian military attacks against Ukraine. In an issued statement it has urged the Indian government to immediately take steps to ensure the safety of the thousands of Indian citizens, mainly students stranded in Ukraine and undertake measures to evacuate all Indian citizens.
