He added that political murders in the state would end the day the CPI-M rejects the politics of murder.
The High Court ordered the Travancore Devaswom Board to ensure that no activities are permitted on Temple premises that affects its sanctity during annual Temple festivals or other festivals.
Chief minister Vijayan said cess, fees, etc were proposed as a possibility for resource mobilisation and not with the intention of implementing it immediately.
Congress seemed to have decided to honour its promises made during the Assembly polls and allot an MLC seat to CPI.

The CPI-M leader Sujan Chakraborty asked why is Roy still holding the PAC chairman’s post when his own party’s lawmakers are claiming that he lacks mental balance. “Is he kept in the position to help in financial corruption through certain exchanges?” he questioned.
The CPI-M leader mentioned that Left is submitting the complaints with evidence to the municipal returning officer since TMC goons didn’t allow anyone to lodge complaints with the presiding officer. “We have demanded repolling in wards- 101, 102, 109 and 110 and 113 (part). Also, wards 2, 8, 10 (part) 17, 18, 19, 20 and 36 and 99 (part)”.
“Salutes to our farmers and their brave struggle which has led to the repeal of Modi’s three black farm laws. We must not forget the sacrifice of more than 750 farmers who have lost their lives in this struggle.”
The party also alleged that the TMC ruled state government is only recruiting its party workers to contractual positions in the civic body instead. A CPIM member said that the state government only talks of recruitment during its election campaigns before civic polls but in reality the picture is completely opposite.
