Delhi-NCR on ventilator as air quality turns toxic

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality in India's capital, Delhi, has plummeted to hazardous levels, with the average Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded at 448 at 7 A.M. on Thursday.

Delhi AQI now in poor category at 331

Delhi’s average air quality index on Sunday continued to be in ‘very poor’ zone with a reading of 331, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

“EVs are impractical”
