COVID-19: India logs 45,352 new cases, 366 fresh fatalities

According to the Indian Council of Medical Research, 41,97,77,457 samples have been tested up to July 4 for Covid-19. Of these 15,22,504 samples were tested on Sunday.
Altogether, 400 beds will be made available for Covid19 patients in a day or two.
In another development, authorities in Ganjam district intervened to stop a marriage after the RT-PCR report of the groom was found to be positive.
With 2,00,739 new Covid-19 cases, the country’s total tally of Covid-19 cases now stands at 1,40,74,564 cases of which 14,71,877 are active Covid-19 cases.
