Khattar all praise for contractual recruitment, Hooda terms it cheating

Even as Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Tuesday said the state government's contractual recruitments through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) will help teachers in getting rid of discrimination in private schools, the former CM, Bhupinder Singh Hooda slammed the move as cheating in the name of recruitment.
