Former BJP Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur on Wednesday came down heavily on the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, alleging that its two-year tenure has been the worst in the state's history.
Talking to media persons, Tewari emphasized that the Delhi Police acted swiftly after the incident, arresting two individuals within 24 hours.
