Kharge launched the campaign from the North East Delhi parliamentary constituency in the presence of Delhi Congress president Arvinder Singh Lovely and other party leaders.
Talking about the five guarantees, the Congress chief said the party would give Rs one lakh per annum direct cash transfer to one woman from each of India’s poorest families through ‘’Mahalakshmi’’.
