The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Friday ordered an inquiry into the alleged non-compliance by Google related to the CCI order regarding the Play Store user choice billing policy.
A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices PS Narasimha and JB Pardiwala said it will hear the case on Thursday at 11.30 am.
