The deceased has been identified as Karan Singh Yadav, 83, who was said to be suffering from stomach ailment for a long time.
The girl, on the other hand, ingested a deadly chemical on Wednesday and died during treatment, according to the SP.
The ED had also summoned AMMK leader T.T.V. Dhinakaran in connection with the bribery case.
The police have registered a case and an investigation is underway.
"The victim took this extreme step due to the Faridabad police pressure. We need stern actions against the guilty policemen of the Faridabad police involved in this case," the complainant said.
