Fifty-five people were injured early on Sunday in a collision between a bus and a truck in northeastern Iran's Khorasan Razavi province, the state media reported.
The police said a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus, which was on its way from Bangalore to Hyderabad, rammed into a stationary truck near Miduthuru village in Anantapur's Peddavadugur mandal.
According to eyewitnesses, the two vehicles were coming from opposite directions when they collided. "There was a stray cow on the road and in trying to save the animal, the two vehicles collided," said an eyewitness.
The dumper was coming from Bhind and the bus was going from Gwalior to Bareilly crashed in between, said the police
