The Delhi High Court on Wednesday reserved its verdict on a plea filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal challenging his arrest by the CBI in the alleged liquor policy scam.
In an apparent reference to the works done by his government, the chief minister said, “We work for the development and progress of Delhiites.”
The Congress leaders extended support to the proposed one-time settlement scheme at the meeting.
Thanks to the MoU, all the obstacles in the path of this corridor will be completely removed. There will be 45 stations on all these corridors of 65.20 kilometers.
The court adjourned the matter until March 16 after Kejriwal submitted an application seeking exemption from personal appearance.
MLA and MCD in-charge Durgesh Pathak, Mayor Shelly Oberai, Deputy Mayor Aaley Mohammad Iqbal, Leader of MCD House Mukesh Goel were also present on the occasion.
The federal agency issued the summons in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
