Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Monday accused CM Atishi of giving irresponsible statements defending AAP's Punjab government at a press conference here, on a day when the national capital suffering from severe pollution, wanted the dispensation governing the city to announce some drastic relief measures.
Aitshi announced that the MCD office would run from 8:30 am to 5 pm while Central government offices would function from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Delhi government offices from 10 am to 6:30 pm.
Atishi offered prayers to the Sun God and Chhathi Maiya on the occasion, while scores of people filled with enthusiasm joined their CM during the festivities.
"Lord Hanuman protected the AAP in every crisis, protected Arvind Kejriwal, protected the Delhi government, and protected the people of Delhi,” the chief minister said.
