Delhi moving towards becoming city of flowers: L-G

Lieutenant Governor (L-G) VK Saxena on Saturday said that with sustained efforts from multiple agencies and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), Delhi is moving towards becoming a city of flowers.
