Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Saturday, paid floral tribute to former Governor Late Lalji Tandon on his birth anniversary by garlanding his statue.

In the first phase of the scheme, cylinder refills were distributed to a total of 80.30 lakh beneficiaries from November 1, 2023, to February 15, 2024.
He made the remark during the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of 762 development projects totaling Rs 2,758 crore, organized by the Tourism Department at Lok Bhavan Auditorium.
The chief minister was speaking after UP signed a MoU for establishment of textile parks spread over 1,000-acres in Lucknow and Hardoi.
"CM Yogi immediately called a high-level meeting and ordered a high-level inquiry into the whole matter. Chief Minister also gave instructions for the formation of a three-member Judicial Commission (Judicial Inquiry Commission) in the matter," officials said.
The Chief Minister lauded the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and said, "India has become a model for the world.

In the meeting with the Chief Minister, the State Property Department informed that the process of site selection for the first phase of work has been completed.
