Centre tells security forces to abstain from operations during Ramzan

The order comes in the wake of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s appeal to the Centre on behalf of all political parties in Jammu and Kashmir to announce a unilateral ceasefire during the upcoming Amarnath yatra and the holy month of Ramzan.
