Senior advocate Dushyant Dave, representing the farmers' group, submitted before a Bench that road blockade would end, if permission is granted to continue the protest either at Ramlila Maidan or Jantar Mantar.
The bench noted that a uniform builder-buyer agreement is required to be framed by the Centre to protect the interests of lakhs of home buyers.
"Merely because they are Chairman, Managing Director/Executive Director and/or Deputy General Manager and/or Planner/Supervisor of A1 & A6, without any specific role attributed and the role played by them in their capacity, they cannot be arrayed as an accused", said the top court
