The Youth Congress on Monday paid tribute to the victims of the bridge collapse in Gujarat's Morbi town by organising a candle march from its office to the Jantar Mantar, where its workers paid homage to the dead.
IYC activists led by its national President Srinivas B.V. organised the candle march against the cruelty meted out to the minor Dalit girl and the increasing crime rate in the country.
The Delhi Police blocked the march by installing barricades on their way, which the protesters jumped.
