The Supreme Court, on Friday, will hear the petition filed by Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of R.G. Kar Medical College & Hospital, challenging the Calcutta High Court order of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the financial irregularities at the hospital.
