The private luxury bus, belonging to Vidarbha Travels, was en route from Nagpur to Pune and the tragedy occurred near the Sindhkhedraja area at around 1.25 a.m.
Officials said that the driver told the police that the accident took place after a tyre burst, causing the bus to overturn.
