In the Lok Sabha, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will introduce the Appropriation Bill and Finance Bill

The YSRCP MLAs and MLCs led by party chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy donned black scarves and held up placards proclaiming “Save Democracy” while arriving at the entrance of the Assembly.
Highlighting the significance of the current session, he stated, "This is the Budget session. The guarantees that I have been giving, we are moving forward to implement those guarantees on the ground."
During the meeting, the government will seek cooperation from all parties for smooth running of Parliament. Opposition parties are also expected to mention issues of concern to them that they intend to raise during the session.
Senior Minister B D Kalla desperately tried to pacify the protesting legislators and urged them, at least, to respect the Governor's address.
Finance Minister KN Balagopal will present his third budget on 3 February.
