Delhi court grants interim bail to Brij Bhushan Singh in sexual harassment case

The summons were issued by the Rouse Avenue court, requiring Singh to appear before the court on July 18.
Vinesh took to Twitter and posted a tweet pointing out how Yogeshwar used to suppress the voices of the female wrestlers and leaked the names of the women wrestlers to the media.
The chargesheet, based on the sexual harassment allegations against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, has been filed under sections 354, 354D, 345A & 506 (1) of IPC, Special Public Prosecutor Atul Srivastava said.
His remarks come amid the investigation into alleged sexual harassment allegations levelled against him by several women wrestlers.
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the head of the Wrestling Federation of India ( WFI) and a member of the BJP, is presently projected to the mat after Delhi Police filed two FIRs accusing him of harassing multiple women wrestlers.
The protestors have been demanding the registration of FIR against the WFI chief and his arrest into the allegations of sexual harassment.
