Delhi BJP MPs have filed a joint writ petition in the Delhi High Court seeking the implementation of Centre's Ayushman Bharat Scheme in the national capital, party's state unit chief Virendra Sachdeva said on Wednesday.
The summons, issued by Justice Sanjay Kumar Medhi, follows an election petition by Congress candidate Hafiz Rashid Ahmed Choudhury, who claimed rigging, booth capturing, and bribery by Mallah.
Talking to reporters here, the Chandni Chowk BJP MP said the shops have been destroyed due to the blaze.
