Bihar State Congress Party President Akhilesh Prasad Singh expressed the confidence that the Congress party will win 40-50 seats if it gets a fair share in the final seat arrangement.
Last year, a youth parliament was organised in Patna, where Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor raised the demand for a domicile policy in Bihar.
Out of the fourteen ministers, two are deputy chief ministries, Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi from the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) who will be among those taking oath on Monday at the event which will be attended by Home Minister Amit Shah.
Congress contested on 70 of the 243 seats but taking home only 19. The RJD emerged as the single-largest party with 75 seats and the Left posted a surprising score as well.
