This situation arose because Sinha deliberately announced the name of Janata Dal (United) MLA Narendra Narayan Yadav to conduct the proceedings of Bihar Vidhan Sabha soon after resigning and leaving the House. Sinha adjourned the House till 2 p.m.

Nityanand Rai, the Minister of State for Home Affairs, while addressing the BJP Kisan Morcha in North Bihar's Darbhanga city on Sunday evening, said that he is challenging Tejashwi Yadav to come to an open platform and debate on the new farm laws.
"Our leader Tejashwi Yadav and the leaders of all the opposition parties have demanded a public apology from Nitish Kumar on the floor of the House on the issue. The brutal assault on legislators was executed in the direction of Nitish Kumar. Hence, he should apologize for it," Bhai Virendra said.

“Aapko mantri kaun bana diya? Kahan-kahan se log aa jate hain(Who made you the minister? How undeserving people have managed to become the minster),” remarked Tejashwi in the House.
He added they would launch intense campaigns to free society of these five social evils and would work for checking sharp fall in values. He said the campaigns would continue throughout the year
