Hooda said the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and Jannayak Janta Party (BJP-JJP) are defrauding not only the farmers but also the commission agents and workers of crores of rupees.
Hooda demanded that the government should give Rs 5 crore to gold medalists, Rs 3 crore to silver medal winners and Rs 2 crore to those who win bronze medals for the country.
Reacting to the Supreme Court directive to the Union government to conduct a survey of the land meant for the construction of the SYL canal in Punjab to know how much work has been done, the Congress leader said the case is stuck till date due to the negative attitude of the Khattar government in the state.
