Former Indian Football Captain Bhaichung Bhutia, who floated his own party named Hamro Sikkim Party in 2018, to beat the ruling Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF), today joined hands with the SDF chief Pawan Chamling, former Chief Minister of Sikkim.
