All three accused in the case including the juvenile involved in the murder have been apprehended. The two accused have been identified as Himanshu, 22, and Nitin Kumar, 22. Further legal action is being taken in the matter.
The police have arrested two women after lodging an FIR. The victim also alleged the involvement of AAP MLA Bandana Kumari, who has denied the allegations.
This is the second case in the last 24 hours in the region in which fake charges were made against people from this minority community which has been exposed by the police.
