CBI books MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar for falsely implicating Unnao rape victim’s father

The victim's father was booked by the police under the Arms Act on 3 April and put in jail on April 5. The father died in jail on 9 April, with the postmortem report mentioning serious injuries on his body.
