CM to arrive today; may stay in private resort in Jalpaiguri

 Apart from political leaders, other individuals like recipients of state government awards like Banga Ratna and Shiksha Ratna, doctors and industrialists from the region, will also be invited to attend the Bijoya Sammilani, where a cultural programme will also be held, sources have said.
