LAHDC resolves to ban entry of media houses, celebrities who maligned Dalai Lama

A complete shutdown was on Monday observed in the Buddhists dominated Leh and Shia Muslims dominated Kargil districts of Ladakh against those who were trying to malign the Dalai Lama.
