State Congress in-charge Sachin Pilot and former Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel launched a fierce critique of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the conclusion of the party's Nyay Yatra in Chhattisgarh.
The Congress on Monday appointed former Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot and former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel as party’s senior observers for Uttar Prdaesh’s Amethi and Rae Bareli, respectively.
Meghwal's appointment has come at a time when the Central government and the Supreme Court have often not been on the same page on the appointment of judges to the higher judiciary.
The Chattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel does not want to take any chances for the next elections. Though the elections are two years away he is going to assess the mood of the people and plug in loopholes if any.
The state government will also introduce legislation that will provide legitimacy to small Commercial activities being undertaken in Residential Areas. This shall benefit thousands of small businessmen who were otherwise living in a cloud of uncertainty.
