Addressing the gathering on the last day of the event, varsity chancellor Swami Ramdev assured parents of a secure and disciplined environment on campus.
Rajnath Singh hailed the initiative of Baba Ramdev and stressed on the need to have more such Gurukuls in New India.
The foundation stone of 'Patanjali Gurukulam' will be laid by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on January 6.
Yoga guru said: “A few doctors have formed a group that continuously does propaganda against yoga, ayurveda and naturopathy. For the last 5 years, propaganda has been going on to target Ramdev and Patanjali.”
The theme of the day was on "Soil Health" and in the discussion it emerged that there is a need to work with a holistic vision for soil health.
