After a seven-year hiatus, HIL 2024-25 is making its comeback with an expanded format that includes both men’s and, for the first time ever, an exclusive women’s league, running concurrently.
Originally scheduled from 17 September to 2 October, the auction will now be open for participation until 31 October.
Under the new provisions, suitable private lands available for mining in the state can be auctioned for extraction of minerals with the landowners' consent. Landowners will receive 80 per cent of the annual bid amount.
