Alapan Bandopadhyay is West Bengal Home Secretary; Atri Bhattacharya not reinstated

Bandopadhyay will retain the charge of the departments of commerce and industry, MSME and parliamentary affairs while Bhattacharya will remain the secretary of tourism department.
