10 per cent of UP govt employees yet to declare their assets

Salary of around 10 per cent of Uttar Pradesh government employees could be stopped if they do not declare their assets by September 30. State Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh issued a new government order to this effect last week giving them last chance to declare their assets.
