In a shocking development, the forensic examination report has confirmed that the blood stains found in the partially demolished office of gangster Atiq Ahmed in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj district was human blood, police said.
According to the police, Atiq had confessed about his links with the ISI in police custody before his murder.
The Commission issued notices to the state director general of police (DGP) and the commissioner of police, Prayagraj.
